Support our 2023 Charity

The Veterans Integration Center (VIC) is dedicated to serving Veterans and their families.  Your donations will provide vital services including, Emergency, Transitional, and Rapid Re-Housing options for Veterans and families, a food pantry providing a monthly food box, and a Community shuttle with fixed route stops at 11 social service locations in Albuquerque.  

The VIC has broken ground on the first building of their new campus.  This 20,000 square foot building will be the new VIC transitional housing facility.  The organization has recently been awarded a three year accreditation from
the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.  

Your financial and / or clothing donation can greatly help the VIC to meet their goals.  In addition, the RRR board has approved a matching donation from the region up to $2,000.00 total.  

Representatives from the VIC will be in attendance at the Holiday party.  They can answer questions and will receive your donations by check or credit card. They will also have a clothing donation bin.  The preferred clothing at this time of year are men’s and women’s winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves.  Please be generous.

There will be no monthly board meeting in December.  
Traditionally the December meeting is devoted to planning events
and determining dates and participation for the next year. 

 This years planning meeting will take place on Zoom on
December 19th at 6:30pm. 

If you have ideas for events in 2024, please plan on joining the meeting.

Roadrunner Region elects New Board for 2024


The results are in.  The Roadrunner region had over 100 electronic votes and one hard copy vote tabulated.  Thank you to everyone in the region who voted.  The following region members will serve a two year term on the executive committee, Steve Waller-President, John Shannon-Vice President, Bill Schritter-Secretary, and Larry Kwei-Treasurer.

The following members will serve a two-year term on the RRR Board, Becky Schreiber, David Hubbard, Greg Ireland, Ed Auerbach, Bob Alexander, and Mark Gordon.

The Roadrunner region thanks the volunteer nominating committee, headed by membership chair Roland Wiele for their work in recruiting a great slate of candidates.  Thanks also to all the candidates who were willing step up and help lead the Roadrunner region into 2024 and beyond.

In order for all our members personal information not to be made public, PCA and the Roadrunner region do not publish members information.  If a member needs contact info for another member, please contact Roland Wiele, membership chair here.
